Windows 7:
Click the Start button and select “Computer”.
Click the “Tools” menu and select “Map Network Drive…”
Change the “Drive:” letter to G:
In the “Folder:” field enter the group drive location: (ex: \\TC4S0E\groups\ )
Click the “Finish” button and if the folder location is correct a new window will open showing the contents of the folder.
The G: drive in now displayed in the Computer window.
Windows 10:
Press the “Windows Key + E” to bring up File Explorer.
On the left, click “This PC”.
At the top of the window, click “Computer”.
Next click the “Map network drive” button.
Change the “Drive:” letter to G:
In the “Folder:” field enter the group drive location: (ex: \\TC4S0E\groups\ )
Click the “Finish” button and if the folder location is correct a new window will open showing the contents of the folder.
The G: drive in now displayed when you click “This PC” in the File Explorer window.
