Most users can do a password reset from the External website, provided that their email is up to date (Though, there are some issues with many domains seeing CAWIS emails as Spam)

Any external WSDRS account can be deleted by changing its password to "DELETE" (all uppercase), provided they have not yet submitted an SDR. Unwanted accounts are a point of contention with the SDR submitters submitting company managers - some want to retain history of former users, most want prefer them to be gone.
SDR management also wants to remove account in instances where the account request was denied.
TC associated accounts are never deleted from A01_user, though they can be removed from M79_SDR_submitter.
However, any a TC user userid not found on TC Directory is automatically deactivated overnight. (set to inactive on A01, password scrambled and role code set to NS)
