DELETE | Delete selected fleet. Sets the ACTIVE_IND flag on Y59 to “I” . This Fleet will no longer appear on any lists. A fleet record remains on Y59 but there is also no front end method for setting it back to “A” active. Removes this fleet number from ALL aircraft in this fleet. All aircraft for this operator now fall under normal AAIR reporting. Since the Due-date of all FLEET aircraft is null, the overnight sync will assign a DUE-DATE of March 30. Takes the user to a DELETE page. The user now has the choice of performing the Delete or backing out |
FLEET AAIR LIST | Provides a quick AAIR status of any given fleet. DUE: NO - this aircraft has already reported DUE: YES - this aircraft has not yet filed for the current reporting year |
CHECK FOR MISSING AIRCRAFT | Retreives all aircraft within a given fleet - and - ALL aircraft having a client id matching the members of that fleet. Any aircraft not displaying a fleet number should be added to the fleet |
VIEW | Fleet file in read-only mode only. All links to specific aircraft open in read-only mode as well |
SELECT | Select fleet for actions noted above (delete, fleet AAIR list, check for missing aircraft, view) |
FLEET NO | Fleet number - 1st digit represents TC region |
FLEET NAME | Owner name of this fleet - Ideally this name should match the Owner name found on the majority of the aircraft found within this fleet. However any fleet, can include aircraft from multiple companies not having the same client-id. |
