The National Aircraft Certification Delegate’s Conference has played an important role in maintaining and strengthening the working relationship between Transport Canada and the aeronautical product design industry. I am a firm believer in the value of this Conference in providing synergy between the Canadian aeronautical design industry and Transport Canada to enable Canadian aeronautical products and their associated design approvals to maintain their competitiveness and reputation worldwide.
