In this instance, the client updated 2 documents but only produced PDF versions of them. The web folder contained both DOC and PDF versions of these documentsrequested removal of ALL .DOC files from their website, as they only publish PDF versions now. The MDB file does not specify file types, only the file names without extensions, so deleting a file from the web folder is sufficient to remove the .DOC web links.
SM-GS ticket C255102 was created to request removal of the outdated DOC files.
