For externalExternal-facing websites and applications , we use the Canada.ca Design System, which is built on (the Canadian public, other government departments, commercial/industry clients) employ the Centrally Deployed Template Templates Solution (CDTS) to implement Canada.ca branding and theming. The CDTS includes the Web Experience Toolkit and implements the Canada.ca design. Please see:

Internal applications
Internal-facing applications in Marine and Civil Aviation use components from Telerik to apply patterns from the MAACE Design System. Please see:
GC Design Library (Figma) This Figma library is owned and maintained by a team at the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).
Internal applications
The Government of Canada does not have a common design system for internal applications. However, in Marine and Civil Aviation at Transport Canada we introduced the Telerik component library in September 2022. The goals of purchasing this component library were to achieve closer alignment between design and implementation, help our teams meet our standards for responsive design and accessibility, and create more consistency across Marine and Civil Aviation products.
Since then, we have also created a pattern library that includes guidelines and examples on how to use various Telerik components. Please see:
(3.0) Telerik & Kendo UI Kit – Internal (Figma) This is an instance of the Telerik & KENDO UI Kit 3.0 for Bootstrap that has been modified to include our fonts and colour styles and is being hosted by the MAACE Figma team. The source version of the Telerik & KENDO UI Kit 3.0 for Bootstrap library is owned by Progress Telerik.
