<Sub-sections should describe how to address known support request, including any scripts, instructions / steps, etc… >The National Aviation Company Information System (NACIS) is used by Civil Aviation Safety Inspectors to record and manipulate the authorities and delegations issued to industry, to generate, print, and issue official operating certificates and acceptance letters on behalf of the Minister under the Aeronautics Act and related regulations. It is also used to organize, schedule and track the results of the audits and inspections conducted by Transport Canada, as well as providing key services and information to several Civil Aviation functional and operational Branches and regions related to regulatory oversight.

How to add and remove email addresses for the FAOC Expiry Notification List
(1) Logon to the NACIS Production database NNPROD.
(2) Go to table NACIS_SETTINGS
(3) Go to Code value 92, Description FAOC EXPIRY NOTIFICATION SCHEDULED JOB and add or remove values (email addresses) in the TEXTUAL_VALUE field.
