Capture any changes made to the dev database that could be overridden.
Developer will need to create an prod external and internal accounts before the refresh to validate and debug proper account migration of the test accounts from prod to dev. Capture test accounts details in dev DB before migration.
Navigate to Smart IT: Smart IT Universal Client 20.02 | Dashboard (tc.gc.ca)
Select Create New > Work Order from the menu.
