Need to train new hires for Arctic region, but to my knowledge, no replacements have been identified. Timeline unknown. 35 new licenses for the Cloud have been requested for new users. ETA end of January 2020. OPPSES Cloud user guide created to help onboard 15-20 OPP Program officers that require training tentatively scheduled for late January, 2020, when licenses are procured. OPPSES production environment successfully migrated to the cloud December 31, 2019. New mass-import feature added to OPPSES production environment December 31, 2019. Training for OPPSES administrators in new Cloud environment beginning January 25th, 2020. |

| MDM | Elab. | Workshops with TDG/TSIS and MYTOA have started. Have shared the repo code for one of our products which is .NET custom, and connects to CRM (i.e. Comms Anon.) through Dynamics endpoint as working example of kind of integration work required by MYTOA. Have initial common data requirements from Ken (MYTOA) based on MYTOA stakeholder model. Strong potential of using message queues. Ken is getting licensing for a Solace instance that TC has procured. We would still develop the API for integration with Solace though. |
