  1. Request comes in for licensing from PO.

  2. Changes to licensing are added to the user licensing spreadsheet http://mytc/rdims/16234362.

  3. Contact TC Cloud with changes. Attach the RDIMs and let Cloud group know which tab to use. TC Cloud / Infonuagique (TC) <TC.Cloud-Infonuagique.TC@tc.gc.ca>.

  4. Once TC Cloud responds changes that the changes are complete, create new PBI's for adding the users to the correct Security Roles. Security Roles are in the spreadsheet.

  5. Person that works on the PBI's will update the the user licensing spreadsheet.

  6. Notify the PO account is ready.

  7. Update the page at Licenses/Storage Purchased
