If This occurs when a company is not displayed in the Holder Company Lookup Results and should bedropdown.
You need to login to NAPA and set the NICO indicator to checked/yes.
(NOTE: Company also needs to be marked as a holder)

In order to resolve the issue, it is necessary to login to the NAPA application and set the NICO indicator to TRUE. This can be accomplished in two ways:
Access the NAPA application by selecting NAPA_SNAPA in the Citrix Explorer.
To access the Company - Detail record to effect the change for the specified company, select the menu items Reference-->Company-->Search…
On the Company - Search window, enter the name in the Company Name text box and select the OK command button.
The Company - List window opens. Ensure that the correct company is selected and then select the Detail command button.
The Company - Detail window opens. If the user has the necessary privileges on the window, check the NICO indicator if it is unchecked.
Alternatively, the issue can be resolved by going to System Tables.
Select the menu items Tools-->System Administration-->System Tables to open the System Tables - NAPA window.
Within the NAPA Company section, select NAPA Company Name followed by the Search... command button. The System Tables - Search - NAPA Company Name window opens. Enter the Company Name in the Company Name text box and select the OK command button.
The System Tables - List - NAPA Company Name window opens. Select the specified company and select the Detail command button.
The System Tables - Detail - NAPA Company Name window opens.
Select ‘YES’ in the NICO View Indicator dropdown.
