Overview

To log into GALRO external portal you will require an account on the target environment (development, acceptance, production).

A shared GALRO Support mailbox was setup. All current members of the AVRO Arrows team have access.

Development and Acceptance:

There were GALRO dev and acceptance accounts created by Michel Ouelletare shared generic accounts for logging into GALRODEV and GALROACC.

Updating an existing GALRO account on development and acceptance

To update the name on an account:

  • Connect to TOAD (CCARCSD or CCARCSA).

  • set the schema to CARS.

  • obtain the CLIENT_ID (for an individual account its CLIENT_ID_CCARCS_INDIVIDUAL.

  • Update the corresponding record in CARS_ENTITY.

  • To update the address, phone number(s) and email address on an account (Dev and Acc only

    • Login to GALRO:

    • Select “View/Change Address”:

  • Select the relevant option

Production:

A shared account has been created for the team for GALRO Prod. The connection information is in PINS
(GALRO PROD Shared account AVRO ARROWS).

The name can be updated as described for the developer and acceptance accounts.

We can’t update the phone number, email address, etc. ourselves on this account as we don’t have access to that part of the UI on production.
