Capture any changes made to the dev database that could be overridden.
Developer will need to create prod external and internal accounts before the refresh to validate and debug proper account migration of the test accounts from prod to dev. Capture test accounts details in dev DB before migration.
Navigate to Smart IT: Smart IT Universal Client 20.02 | Dashboard (tc.gc.ca)
Select Create New > Work Order from the menu.

1. Please refresh LEIS DEV (both LEIS and LEIS Auth) DBs with copies of LEIS Production databases.
2. Please re-create synonyms or make sure LIESD (or LEISA) points to the correct TCDIR schema to have correct view LEIS.DIRECTORY_CLIENT |
based on the environment to be refreshed. In this case, it is the development environment. Specify the schemas (LEIS and LEIS_Auth). Mention to recreate the synonyms / make sure LeisD or LeisA point to the correct TCDIR schema to have correct view: LEIS.DIRECTORY_CLIENT_VW .
7. Add Scheduled Dates if they are known and click Save Ticket to open the ticket.
