Kevin - What is the rationale for not going to 10.7?
Jon - I believe that it's because the Help Language Pack is not yet available for 10.7; I've some questions on this:
1. Have we asked Esri when it will be available?
2. Is it not acceptable to begin the pilot with English-only help (all other elements supporting official languages) and then add French help when Esri releases it?
3. Does the 10.6.1 Help Language Pack not work with 10.7 (though outdated)?
