Issues met:
1. MIUA created new request, need to wait a while to find in MID
2. Local created request, can’t find in local running MID.
The application ID is created and get notify email. But it can’t be seen in the MID. Only create application request on Dev site will work.
3. Once do some updates in MID, like status update, I have to refresh the page to see the changes
4. Debug in local, always pops up error during the running. Run without debug can be done.
5. Cheque payment request cannot complete at the end. It always asks for receipt number.
Even I input a fake receipt number in payment information tab, it can’t be saved.
6. If the TC user hasn’t GC Notify account, the delivery email can’t send.
7. Local debug Add new activity, popup error:
keyvault connection string to database

9. After paid, apply again button redirects to wrong place.
