\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

  1. Navigate to Smart IT: Smart IT Universal Client 20.02 | Dashboard (tc.gc.ca)

  2. Select Create New > Work Order from the menu.

3. Enter your name in the Customer field. The Company and Remedy Login ID will autocomplete once a valid name is entered.

4. Select the Browse All Templates button:

5. From the available templates, select the Database Backup option. This helps speeds things up by populating database related fields in the form.

6. Enter a Summary and Description based on the environment to be refreshed. In this case, it is the development environment. Specify the schemas (LEIS and LEIS_Auth). Mention to recreate the synonyms / make sure LeisD point to the correct TCDIR schema to have correct view: LEIS.DIRECTORY_CLIENT_VW .

7. Add Scheduled Dates if they are known and click Save Ticket to open the ticket.
