AMOC NUMBER / SEARCH | Search by AMOC number. NOTES 1) the prefix “AARDG-” does not need to be included in the search value. It does not exist on the database as part of the AMOC number 2) AMOC number is the official number of the document sent to the requesting operator. It should not be confused with the sequential number AMOC-ID 3) not every AMOC record is allocated an AMOC-number (examples: where the AMOC is still in progress or the request for AMOC was denied ) 4) actual AMOC document names may contain a dash, this is replaced by a forward slash in the saved the AMOC number |
SAVED SEARCH | saved searches are defined using the AMOC Advanced Search The dropdown allows the user to select from any number of previously saved searches |
DEFAULT | Saves the above settings to your profile (A30_USER_PREFERENCE) - This will form your Project inbox contents until altered |
APPLY | Execute the inbox query as defined above |
AMOC RECORD LIST | AMOC Records retrieved, default is ALL |
AMOC RECORD LIST - VIEW | Read only view of AMOC |
AMOC RECORD LIST - MODIFY | Make AMOC updates |
AMOC RECORD LIST - DELETE | delete (if possible - The AMOC may have dependencies in the other modules) |
AMOC RECORD LIST - SHOW ALL | If results are spread across multiple pages (100 records per page) SHOW ALL will display all records on one page (up to a 1000 record limit) |
