Security Screening

Everyone who wants to work at TC or access TC information or assets must go through a security screening process. To help make this process as seamless as possible, TC’s Security Screening Programs Branch has launched a new online portal to guide you through the process and provide you with up-to-date information.

The new Personnel Security Screening Portal allows hiring managers to initiate security screening requests and TC employees to submit applications online, in one convenient place. This simplifies the application process and reduces paper forms.

In addition, with the Personnel Security Screening Portal, hiring managers can:

  • Access a link to the updated Security Screening Request form

  • See a step-by-step description of the new process

  • Watch video tutorials for each step

  • Get answers to Frequently Asked Questions

  • Access links to relevant documents
