Be Respectful When Working With Others

• We will have a check-in once a week

Respect Other’s Time

• Core working hours: 10 AM - 2:45 PM (no lunch meetings)

• Daily standup at 10 AM

• Be on time to meetings

• Keep Outlook calendar up to date

• Let the team know of your absences in advance (if possible)

Communication

• Use MS Teams for daily conversations. Anything that needs to be kept for future reference will be documented in our Confluence wiki

• Bring up issues as they arise, do not wait until the next retro/meeting

Fun Once a month, we will have a team activity (e.g. play a game, etc)
