Uses FME httpcaller to download spreadsheet.
Process for EGIS integration
FME workflow automation uses httpcaller to download Excel spreadsheet direct from source and geocode using Lat/Long for output to EGIS portal.

Not all GIS applications can consume KML file directly due to its unique data structures such as networklinks, folders, models etc.
