Here are the details of how to be evaluated for accessibility:

Please send the request to DL OTT AE Web. Please include a test account (if one is needed) so we can access all parts of the web application. If there are specific instructions that are needed please include those as well.

We will provide a ticket number for the request. Once the assessment is completed, any issues encountered will be returned to you.
