RDBMS

What RDBMS will we use for the EGIS geodatabase?

Options include:

  • SQL Server

  • Oracle

  • PostgreSQL

Recommendation: Can we use PostgreSQL because it is would check the open source checkbox?

Are there any reasons why we would NOT want to use PostgreSQL?

The answer is SQL server.
