A user produces new data as a result of analysis.

Analysis type
Real Time analysis
User will need real time analysis to provide presentation; report with map image etc;
For example, for wild fire incident, user need provide real-time situation report to senior management;
History analysis
For example, user need provide last 5 years traffic condition for the seaway;
The data will have retention period;
The data should be validate and continue updating;
There are different responsibilities for the data
Data governance and security by whom?
Data updating by whom? and how? notify user for updating?
Data storage and backup;
Authority for share/publishing the data;
ArcGIS has some outbox geo-processing tools to help the Real-Time Visualization and Analytics.

What should we need to do:
Provide facility to link to the history data store or
Provide facility to save into TC data lake;
Help to setup the analysis process flow and environment, and guidance
Coach user for knowing these tools, and picking the correct tools
What should client do:
As a product owner for this requirement:
User should provide clear user requirements;
User should define the scope and the result for what they want;
User should involving the acceptance test etc.
