- Statement of merit criteria bilingual.
- Selection decision – approved by subdelegated manager (ref: flash card, TC Appointment Policy, TC Guide to the Appoinment Policy).
- Candidate’s narrative assessment; Indicate how the candidate meets the essential qualifications of the Statement of Merit Criteria.
- Signed Statement of persons present at screening board (required only if the evaluation is not done by a delegated staffing manager).
- Candidate Security clearance level confirmation - This confirmation must come from the TC Security Department and must contain the security level, the expiry date and certificate number. (or his DOB)
- Candidate’s updated resume.
- Candidate’s signed vaccination attestation or a screenshot of the candidate’s GC VATS portal. – send directly to Genevieve after HRSR is approved
