The simplest way to fix this is to ensure the image exists in the location indicated by the path in the error message. If it does not exist, you may create a new image there using the name in the error message, ensuring with the Client Group's help that the image is the correct one for the question if refers to. This can be verified by finding the question in the PDF Application. Once the question is found, if the image is the wrong one, you may then update the image through the PDF Application.
