  1. Navigate to Smart IT: Smart IT Universal Client 20.02 | Dashboard (tc.gc.ca)

  2. Select Create New > Work Order from the menu.

3. Enter your name in the Customer field. The Company and Remedy Login ID will autocomplete once a valid name is entered.

4. Select the Browse All Templates button:

5. From the available templates, select the Database Backup option. This helps speeds things up by populating database related fields in the form.

6. Enter a Summary

Database Refresh: Refresh LEIS DEV (both LEIS and LEIS Auth) DBs with copies of LEIS Production 

and Description

1. Please refresh LEIS DEV (both LEIS and LEIS Auth) DBs with copies of LEIS Production databases.
2. Please re-create synonyms or make sure LIESD points to the correct TCDIR schema to have correct view LEIS.DIRECTORY_CLIENT

based on the environment to be refreshed. In this case, it is the development environment. Specify the schemas (LEIS and LEIS_Auth). Mention to recreate the synonyms / make sure LeisD point to the correct TCDIR schema to have correct view: LEIS.DIRECTORY_CLIENT_VW .

7. Add Scheduled Dates if they are known and click Save Ticket to open the ticket.
