XrmToolBox
First the XrmToolBox should be installed on your machine.
if not, please download it from https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/
the downloaded file will be XrmToolbox.zip about 15MB. then just unzip it to a folder.
you can launch it by double click the XrmToolBox in the folder:
Install Entity Fields Analyzer
Launch the Tool Library in XrmToolBox as below:
Enter “entity field“ in the Search box, and select the [Entity Field Analyser] by clicking the checkbox.
then click the Install button to install this tool.
after it is installed, close the Tool Library window.
Launch Entity Fields Analyser
Back to main window of XrmToolBox, and enter “Entity Field Analyser” in the Filter box to find Entity Fields Analyser.
then Click the [Entity Fields Analyser], you will be prompted to connect to an organization (CRM Environment):
Click “Yes” , then you can select exist connection or create new one:
Click Connect button to connect to the environment by provide your password:
then the Entity Fields Analyser is launched.
Now you can analysis fields by select them from different entity.
