TBD | TBD | Submit RSIG SGMS ticket that includes both RSIG and ROF (Suggested by Andy Labelle on April 14, 2023) Teams conversation with Andy Labelle: Every Production Change Request (RFC) is tabled during the Weekly Tuesday Morning CAB (Change Advisory Board) Meeting with all the IT managers and SSC & TC department heads. The goal is to have any RFCs that are targeted for the upcoming change window (Wednesday to Tuesdays) all approved by the proper assignment groups ( IT Security, Database team, Web team, Cooperate Apps team, SSC teams....ect) So in order for me to get all the approvals in time for the CAB meeting my deadline for you to submit your change is the Friday before that next CAB meeting.... so for example if your target date to do the RSIG change is the 28th then that would fall into the Change window of April 26 to May 2nd. The RFC would be discussed in the April 25th CAB meeting, so your deadline to get a RFC entered (and in the Change planning and assessment phase) would be the Friday of April 21st. | RSIG & ROF team | Not Started |
