Any individual with a valid AME license can self register in WSDRS.

The standardized format for AME “organizations” is “AME - 99999 - NAME” where 99999 is the AME number and NAME is that persons name.

An AME organization may only contain 1 user.

AME submitted reports are reviewed by region PMI Team Leads allocated on the TR86 table and matched by regional TCC code.

An AME userid will function identically with role code WA or WO.

Troubleshooting

  • often a person will register using an AME number, then will list a company under which they already have an AMO/AOC account as the organization for the new id

  • To clean this up (when required) and keep all reports for that AMO/AOC under 1 account

1. Determine how many SDR's they've reported under the AME account (hopefully, zero) , by user view - collect those SDR numbers 2. go back to your own view 3. move those SDR's under the AMO/AOC account 4. go into the AME account 5. change the password to "DELETE" 6. use the delete button at the bottom of the screen to remove the AME account from this AME organization 7. account will be deleted overnight

  • Alternately if the AME does not have an account under the AMO/AOC already, you do not need to make a new userid, simply “move” them to the proper organization

1. go into the users account

2. click delete, and confirm the delete - the user is removed from WSDRS (M79 table), but the userid is still on CAWIS (A01 TABLE)

3. go to the desired AMO/AOC account

4. select any user, go into edit, click add to account

5. search for the AME name that you just deleted

6. select his userid, add a region, press save - the user is now under the AMO/AOC organization

7. update the role code, submitter type and license number to match the others in that organization
