External Applicant Portal (CivAvMedCert / CertMedAvCiv)

Initial Goal: Provide a portal that allows external applicants to view the most recent status of their request(s) and download a protected B document.

During the research, we verified the possibility to integrate with MyTCAccount and have some guidelines to implement 2FA. We have started the discussion with the MTA Team, with the following documents created from these discussions:
