To activate privileged Role to self:
Azure: Activate Privileged Role - Marine - Confluence (atlassian.net)
Although in the document above, the Application Developer Role is showing in the My Roles list, for some reason some user doesn’t have the option.
To add this, need to create Onrion ticket, and they may give you a link to self service portal (Home page - Self Service Portal (tc.gc.ca)). You can request it there.
