Submit a security screening request
To initiate a security screening request:
- Fill out the security screening request form
You can submit a security screening form to request:
- a new application
- an update
- an upgrade
- a transfer
- a reactivation
- additional information
The first time you use the form, to confirm your identity, you can:
- enter your TC email address
- answer an automated call to your TC-issued smartphone
