The attached If there is a need for Line Of Business (LoB) to use Cost Recovery system (CRSM), LOB can use WLM to integrate with CRSM. This document is intended to understand show the steps how to integrate with Cost Recovery system (CRSM) through Workload management system. And this document also shows the complete data flow between from WLMPortal to MTOA when new service request is created and updated in WLMPortal.

Prerequisite: - Following information needs to be obtained through MTOA and CRSM before onboarding CRSM through WLM.
(1) Service Id | Service ID created by MTOA for LoB |
(2) API Key and JWT token to access MTAPI | API Key and JWT token created by MTOA for LoB |
(3) Service Standard | Service Standard created by CRSM for LoB |
(4) Service Attributes | Service Attributes created by CRSM for LoB |
After obtaining the information, LoB can use the following sample demo portal project to start the onboarding process with CRSM through WLM.
