To be able to access the user/group management for the ROFS application, you must first activate your “Application Developer” role in Azure.

1. Navigate to https://aadentra.portal.azuremicrosoft.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_PIMCommon/ActivationMenuBlade/~/aadmigratedroles

2. Under Eligible assignments , click Activate on the Application Developer role

   NOTE: If you do not have the application developer role here, you must request using the cloud self serve portal

3. In the Activate - Application Developer panel, enter a reason and click Activate
