How to switch role / add user in ROFS

Activating ‘Application Developer’

To be able to access the user/group management for the ROFS application, you must first activate your “Application Developer” role in Azure.

  1. Navigate to Microsoft Entra admin center

  2. Under Eligible assignments , click Activate on the Application Developer role

    NOTE: If you do not have the application developer role here, you must request using the cloud self serve portal

  3. In the Activate - Application Developer panel, enter a reason and click Activate

     

Manage a user/ role

  1. Navigate to the appropriate environment user management based on the above table. The groups will look similar to the following , with the group name and role assigned displayed

  2. Verify that you are an owner for the group you would like to change, this can be done by navigating to the Owners tab in a specific group. If you are not listed as an owner, contact one of the other users listed so they can add you.

  3. To add a user to a role , in the Members tab click Add Members

  4. To remove a user from a role, highlight a specific user in the Members tab and click Remove
