A Digital based application for issuance and verification of Canadian aviation licenses.
The purpose of this project is to develop a CanadianPilot/Air Traffic Controller e-licencing application and conduct an experiment using a prototype to better understand whether e-licenses can help address some of the issues that exist with paper licenses while continuing to meet the licensing regulations and policy objectives.
