🧭 Guiding thoughts
Take time to learn. Don't get sucked into the minutia of decision-making or project involvement too early - there will be plenty of time for that latergain familiarity with the working environment, and get to know the team. In your first 30 60 days, try to focus on getting comfortable with the ROF environment, and learning how things work.Invest in relationships. By day 60, you'll be in execution mode. In . You will start to get to know your team members and feel comfortable asking questions.
Continue to learn scrum processes, and gain comfortability completing tasks. After your first two months, spend as much time as you can getting to know people and forming relationshipsyou'll start to become more comfortable with scrum processes, as well as working through tasks and completing them. Of course, you will continue to get to know your teammates.
Don't be afraid to ask. No one expects you to know how things at work right away. Take advantage of that and ask the team for help when you need it.
