ROMbus & Fusion Power Platform: Courses & Training I have taken / Cours et formations suivis

Training / skills development / continuous improvement can be done in multiple way, that includes but are not limited to the following:

  • researching how to complete a complex PBI,

  • Shadowing a colleague as they complete a PBI / task or showing your collogue how to complete a PBI

  • Attending and actively participating in TC meeting / training with others , e.g., Technical Advisor Standup, AFCC CoP, bi-weekly Power Platform knowledge share, mandatory TC courses, lunch and lean

  • Self-directed learning e.g., YouTube / LinkedIn / Pluralsight (each team has a Pluralsight license that the team members share / use)

  • 3rd party / vendor training (e.g.., paid course)

NB: When you are take training / courses, think about ways what you are learning can be brought back to the team and improve the system you are developing. Be sure to set up a time (e.g., after stand up) to share with your team members when you are back from training.
