System Overview
Used to manage the user security and authorization of several different Marine Safety applications (/wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/174882846, /wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/155058179, /wiki/spaces/MAR/pages/50167818and Claims itself (the web app front end to manage user permissions)).
There is an Oracle Client 11G and 12C version of this application, to be used appropriately with the application it is supporting.
Claims works with both Windows Authentication (TC internal apps) and Forms Authentication (external apps).

In Visual Studio with the solution open, rt-click on the ClaimProvider.Management.Web project, Publish..., select the Dev Profile and hit Publish.
