Scrum Framework

Scrum is a Framework for developing, delivering, and sustaining complex products within which people can address complex adaptive problems, while productively and creatively delivering the highest possible value. This guide contains the definition of Scrum and consists of Scrum’s roles, events, artifacts, and the rules that bind them together which define the Scrum Model in accordance with the Scrum Guide.
