This "system" is designed to work with existing MSS applications to handle Cost Recovery business requirements for Marine Cargo inspections.

How-To For SA&A process

1. Team needs to come up with good name for the application first, then fill out RDIMS 15060075 and send to SM-GS team and Thermonvil, Luckner <luckner.thermonvil@tc.gc.ca> and MacPherson, Sandy <Sandy.Macpherson@tc.gc.ca> to add service into SMGS system
2. Dev team to work with EA team (Gamberg, Chris <Chris.Gamberg@tc.gc.ca>) for system architecture 
3. Business side needs to write PIA (Privacy impact assessment RDIMS 16638528) 
4. Business side and Dev side work together on LOA (Level of Assurance RDIMS 9692825 mainly business side), SOS (Statement of Sensitivity http://tcapps/wwwdocs/forms/09-0362_1312-05_BO_X.pdf mainly business side) and SCO (Security Concept of Operation RDIMS 6916198 mainly Dev side)documents and send to security team (Caldwell, Doug <doug.caldwell@tc.gc.ca>) for review
5. Dev side need to finish Security Requirements Traceability Matrix (SRTM)
