System Overview
Good To Know
The NDWL Emailer opens an MS Word document saved in the database.
It then prints the MS Word document to the PDF creator which saves the document with the same file name but as a PDF extension, to the default file location.
Then the NDWL Emailer uploads the PDF document to the database.
The PDF versions of certificates can be viewed in NICO application (external website).
