TAB2 - NAPATCDS - a list of all NAPA Type Certificate holders and their relationship back to CAWIS
TAB3 - MFG - a list of all manufacturers used in CAWIS with counts indicating where they get used
TAB4 - GROUP - these codes tie together similar models, and are used in BII reports for trend monitoring
