After accessing "Project Tracking System (PTS)" from the CAWIS main menu, the user (Continuing Airworthiness Staff, "AU" role code only) is presented with the following options on the left hand bar

Global OPI change
The Global OPI change is mostly used on projects where the OPI has recently retired or transferred out of CAW.
The CAWIS admin is instructed to re-assign projects originated by the retiree (A20 table) over to that person’s manager or to one of a series of Generic userids used for each section of CAW (examples AARDGA, AARDGC, AARDGE)
[ER] This feature needs to be expanded to include “project completeness”. (Percent_completed_nbr on M10 table) This would entail a 3rd dropdown with the options completed, incomplete. The CAWIS admin often wants to reassign complete projects to the generic account, but incomplete (anything less than 100%) would be given to another person in the section
