AMOC NUMBER / SEARCH

Search by AMOC number.

NOTES

1) the string “AARDG-” does not need to be included

2) AMOC number is the official number of the document sent to the requesting operator. It should not be confused with the sequential number AMOC-ID

3) not every AMOC record has an AMOC-number, in cases where the AMOC is still in progress or it was denied

4) AMOC document names may contain a dash, this is replaced by a forward slash in the saved the AMOC number

SAVED SEARCH

saved searches are defined using the AMOC Advanced Search

AMOC ADVANCED SEARCH

The dropdown allows the user to select from any number of previously saved searches

DEFAULT

Saves the above settings to your profile (A30_USER_PREFERENCE) - This will form your Project inbox contents until altered

APPLY

Execute the inbox query as defined above

AMOC Records retrieved, default is ALL

AMOC RECORD LIST - VIEW

Read only view of AMOC

AMOC RECORD LIST - MODIFY

Make AMOC updates

AMOC RECORD LIST - DELETE

delete (if possible - AMOC may have dependencies in the other modules )

AMOC RECORD LIST - SHOW ALL

If results are spread across multiple pages (100 records per page) SHOW ALL will display all records on one page (1000 record limit)
