For instances where the CLIENT mails in an AAIR hardcopy, or that Organization submits via FLEET reporting, the TC user performs the AAIR data entry

STEP 3a - SEARCH BY DESIRED AIRCRAFT TAIL MARK
STEP 3b - SEARCH BY DESIRED OWNER/OPERATOR NAME

Due Date | allows the TC user to alter the DUE date on any specific aircraft. The only Valid dates are MARCH-30 , MAY-30 |
Out of service | Set an aircraft out-of-service -or- return an aircraft to service User provides an Estimated Return to Service date (ERTS) ( Must fall with Current-year + 2) The system auto-enters Current date as Out-of-Service start date (OOS) “Estimated Return to Service date Unknown” auto allocates an ERTS date, 5 years from today “Record an aircraft return to service” allows the user to end a current OOS period |
Select | The select button gives the User access to the function buttons noted above |
Due | Yes - aircraft has not yet submitted for the current reporting year (Current-year - 1) |
Mark | Aircraft tail mark. Prefix “CF” or “CG” . (Y02 table). |
make/model | Aircraft manufacturer and model (Y04 table) |
owner | Aircraft owner, operator, Lessor or in cases of group ownership, selected primary owner. (Y53 table) |
Due date | Due date for AAIR submission. Approximately 3 months notice is given. Currently the only permitted values are 30-March (98% of all AAIR eligible operators) -or- 30-May |
STEP 4 - UPDATE AAIR DATA
For a TC user, this page behaves very much the same as the version for external clients (described in detail here : AAIR CLIENT SUBMISSIONS EXTERNAL )
The only difference is are as that the TC user can assign ANY desired “Last AAIR Form Received by TC” date
