Team Avro Arrows Working Agreement

1. Important / reusable information should be stored in Confluence (Protected B RDIMS)

2. MS Teams Avro Arrows channel is our primary communication tool

3. Team ensures that everyone has an equal voice and feels respected at all times

4. Team members will try to be on time for all team meetings

5. Attend meetings on time and if you can't make it that day notify team in advance

6. Team will respect the Work In Progress limits

7. Team Members will make themselves available during core working hours between 10-3pm

8. Everyone must update their work cards on the board at least before Daily Scrum

9. All team members must enter work items received by emails on the Team Avro Arrows board

10. On a monthly basis, we will try to have a fun event online preferably on a Friday
