USER Uploads tries to upload a CDE Exam twice

This is an issue that does not happen often but as an example

A uploaded the results of an exam at 0% due to an error in loading the questions. The USER then proceeded to take the copy of the electronic examination on the 'main' computer and administered it again for the same candidate, the USER is unable to upload the results because there is only 1 CDE line and it already has the previous 0% exam.

1. System ADMIN adds the EXAM Data manually using FTAE.

2. After Data is entered login to TOAD and dd the following Data (Obtain from System Administrator)

   1. Table CDE_EXAM_EMAIL_REQUEST_LOG Columns

      1. IMPORTED_AND_TRANSFERRED_BY

      2. IMPORTED_AND_TRANSFERRED_DATE

   2. Table CDE_EXAM_RESULTS_IMPORT_LOG Columns

      1. TOTAL_EXAM_MINUTES

      2. RESULT_TRANSFERRED_BY

      3. RESULT_TRANSFERRED_DATE

      4. EXAM_DATE
