What is Agile?

Agile is an umbrella term for a set of frameworks and practices based on the values and principles expressed in the Agile Manifesto. One thing that separates Agile from other approaches is the focus on the people doing the work and how they work together. Solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams utilizing the appropriate practices for their context.

It aims to leverage the power of teams to meet our highest priority by satisfying the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable working solutions and responding to change.

Read on to learn about the guidelines, good practices and grow your knowledge of the Agile mindset as we set forth on a transition from a traditional delivery model to an Agile continuous delivery model.
