Pattern: MTA Form Wizard

Pattern description:

The form wizard is used to break-up complex form submissions into manageable pieces. The form wizard includes field level validation, page level validation as well as full form level validation. The form wizard is made up of Form Wizard Steps and the Form Wizard Summary.

When to use the pattern:

Use the form wizard whenever you have forms with many complex steps that would benefit from being broken into separate steps. Ideally the form wizard should be used with between 3-6 steps followed by a summary step.
